Typically created by breeding an American Cocker Spaniel and Mini Poodle, the Cockapoo is a medium sized, non-shedding, easy to train partner. This extremely popular breed is outgoing and requires moderate levels of activity. The Poodle and Cocker components balance each other nicely to create a well-mannered and pleasant breed. Cockapoos can be seen in tan, cream, white, black, sable, red, and merle, just to name a few. This pup typically has a coat that is somewhere in between the Cocker and Poodle. Agile and lovable, the Cockapoo makes for a great friend.
