The Pembroke Welsh Corgi is a bold and confident pup that always seems to be in charge of the pack, be it human or animal. The Corgi grows between 20 to 30 pounds and 12 inches in height at adulthood. This breed does well with a confident owner that knows how to balance affection and leadership. Corgis respond well to consistent training, and lots of play time and exercise! This pup has a thick coat that is easy to maintain and typically sheds twice a year. These adaptable and loving pups are very independent, and their loyalty makes them great watchdogs. The Corgi has a long life expectancy of 12 – 15 years and would make a fantastic friend!
