A classic All-American dog, the Golden Retriever aims to steal your heart and maybe a chewy toy along the way. Goldens are the perfect family pet with their gentle temperament, loving attitude, and desire to please their owner. These pups do need quite a bit of regular exercise, and love the challenge provided by outdoor activity. Walks, runs, and a ton of playtime will keep your Golden happy! Goldens have an average life span of around 10 to 12 years and weight in around 60 to 70 pounds in adulthood. The Golden’s coat aids in repealing water and typically comes in light and dark golden. This breed is easily trainable, and definitely has a knack for agility training! The golden makes a wonderful pet, take one home today!
